There will be a correction in THE NEWS on 11-8, regarding the incorrect date of our luncheon that was recently published.
Nancy Thomas, will be presenting the program : Eleanor Hondius.
Please consider wearing something to the luncheon that reflects the time period when our club began, 1912 .
National and statewide committees are beginning the 100 th celebration of the
19th Amendment passage, to the US Constitution, for 2020.
On November 7, 1893 voters in Colorado made history by passing a constitutional amendment, HB 118, extending voting rights to women.
Are YOU preparing some delectable items for the annual Bake Sale, to be held on Nov. 30?
Bake sales by members of Woman’s Club, have been going on for 107 yr.
Contact Hulda Bachman- Neeb for questions or delivery.
The Bright Christmas chairwomen will be present at the luncheon to give us an update and accept your donations for this worthy project.
WC members have given generously to Bright Christmas, for many years.
On 11-11-19, the Cliffhanger book shop will host a book-signing for our very own Hulda Bachman-Neeb. Her newly published book Perils and Pearls will be featured and available for purchase.
Woman’s Club members are specifically invited from 10 AM – 12PM.
Please give a Special Welcome to our new members, Carla Spreng Webb & Linda Wyatt.
